Constructed in 1899, the former All Saints Anglican Church is a building of national historic significance. We repurposed it into a vibrant restaurant, event space, and community hub, preserving the building’s defining heritage features: stained glass windows, First World War memorials, and an iconic stone tower, while introducing contemporary programming that serves the neighbourhood every day.
The building now hosts a combination of public and commercial programs: event spaces, a restaurant and bakery, a local artist gallery space, and a performance space, positioning AllSaints as an active destination for culture, gatherings, and everyday community life.
From assembling the investors, to the purchase and financing of the 27,000 square foot property, to the adaptive reuse and operations of the business, we have led the AllSaints project entirely. Its success reflects our pragmatic approach: community values remain central to every decision, while a viable ownership and governance model keeps the project sustainable.
